Refund Policy for product amount

When the full payment has been made by the customer, no cancellation shall be permitted.

Any booking cancellation / refund cancellation shall require the customer to have a discussion with the customer support stating the reason and accordingly the refund would be processed. The company may, at its sole discretion, waive any or part of the penalty for cancellation of product.
